Lead Proposal Manager

Responsible for delivering superior proposal writing and management services. Collaborates directly with business development, capture, and subject matter experts to craft technical responses to government-issued solicitations, including requests for proposal (RFPs), requests for quotation (RFQs), and requests for information (RFIs). • Proposal preparation and execution of proposal responses. This includes but is not limited to schedule development and management, team collaboration and coordination, kick-off and proposal presentations, proposal artifacts development, data call management, content creation and artifact/file management, color team review facilitation, and coordination with key stakeholders as necessary.

• Writes and collates content, edits boilerplates, weaves proposal win themes, identifies competitive differentiators and unique approaches, and gathers information and research to include in proposals.

• Coordinates across contributors, including business/vendor partners and manages overall proposal development process to ensure 100% on-time delivery.

• Provides daily progress updates and facilitate after-action debriefings, summarizing recommendations for improvement and applying lessons learned.

• Designs or modifies illustrations, visuals and graphics that demonstrates understanding, approach, discriminators, and/or messaging with inputs from subject matter experts and solution design teams.
